Continental Mapping Awarded Master Contract by Wisconsin Department of Transportation - Extends 20+ Year Relationship
Continental Mapping has been awarded a master contract to provide mapping services to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). The geospatial services support WisDOT projects such as roadway and bridge design, construction, and maintenance as well as transportation facility planning. The two-year master contract taps into Continental Mapping’s wide range of capabilities, from collection and processing of aerial imagery, aerial and mobile lidar, photogrammetric mapping, digital terrain model creation, and ground control survey services. Continental Mapping has been a geospatial provider to WisDOT for over 20 years.
Headquartered in south central Wisconsin, Continental Mapping has completed 160 projects for WisDOT throughout the state from major metropolitan areas to the expansive Northwoods. The firm began working with WisDOT providing photogrammetry services and has now expanded to a full complement of geospatial services.
